COVID’S LONG MARCH: Feb. - April 2020

How The U.S. And China Co-Created COVID-19

by William Thomas

On Feb. 1, Tencent’s official Chinese “Epidemic Situation Tracker” webpage inadvertently displays modified and untampered statistics. The day’s death toll is shown as 24,589 – rather higher than the officially released 304 COVID-19 deaths.

The following day, Tencent webpage posts confirmed cases of the Wuhan virus at 154,023 – 10-times the official figure. The 79,808 suspected cases are four-times the official figure.

Also, on Feb. 2, a team from Nankai University independently discovers that COV-19 has an “HIV-like mutation” that allows it to quickly infect humans by binding with the ACE2 receptor on cell membranes. Boring into the cell, the lab-modified SARS-CoV2 virus targets the furin enzyme, telling the body to start rolling out copies.

     SARS doesn’t do this.

“This finding suggests that 2019-nCoV may be significantly different from the SARS coronavirus in the infection pathway,” reads the Nankai paper published on Chinaxiv.org, a platform used by the Chinese Academy of Sciences to release important research papers prior to a lengthy peer-review.

“Professor Ruan Jishou and his team at Nankai University in Tianjin found a section of mutated genes that did not exist in SARS, but were similar to those found in HIV and Ebola,” explains the South China Morning Post. “This virus may use the packing mechanisms of… HIV” to evade human immunity.

A study by French scientist Etienne Decroly at Aix-Marseille U. appears in the peer-reviewed scientific journal, Antiviral Research on February 10. Decroly has also found a “furin-like cleavage site” absent in similar coronaviruses – making this chimerical coronavirus  significantly more infectious.

Also in February, as aerosol masking falls away with the sharp decline in industrial pollution and ongoing geoengineering efforts fail to compensate, planet Earth crosses the 2°C threshold from pre-industrial (1750) times. Sam Carana plots converging climate feedbacks and predicts crossing 3°C in January 2021. The pathological pathogen experiments continue.

Autopsies performed on two Americans who died at home on February 6 and February 17 (and did not travel abroad) show their tissues infected with COVID-19, Santa Clara health authorities announce.

That same day, Asia Times reports that the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology has issued “a directive mandating more stringent handling of viruses and bioagents by all labs and research institutes. The document alluded to the slack oversight and management rampant at some facilities, and stressed that protection and decontamination must be beefed up.”

From the beginning of the outbreak, the Chinese government has responded as if under a biowarfare attack. After collecting nearly 100 samples of the genome from 12 different countries on 4 continents, officials determine that “the virus outbreak had begun much earlier, probably in November, shortly after the Wuhan Military Games, the state-run Global Times reports.

Japanese researchers independently conclude that the novel coronavirus did not begin in China but was introduced there from the outside.

“Wuhan was chosen for the attack because the local presence of the Wuhan Institute of Virology offers the Pentagon and CIA a convenient cover story about bio-experiments gone awry,” argues Russian Biologist and former U.N. Expert, Igor Nikulin on March 5, 2020.

On March 6, Santa Clara health authorities report that another previously unreported death associated with the coronavirus has occurred. Santa Clara County Executive Jeff Smith says the fact that several people were apparently infected “right around the beginning of February and late January" – and that two of them had passed away – meant the virus has been around for a while.”

In an interview appearing in Scientific American on March  11, Shi Zhengli says she was initially concerned that the Wuhan BL-4 lab was the source. “If coronaviruses were the culprit,” she remembers thinking, “could they have come from our lab?” Shi says she breathed easier when none of the sequences matched those of the viruses her team had sampled from bat caves.

“I promise with my life that the virus has nothing to do with the lab,” a shaken Shi continues to insist. “There is no way this virus came from us,” concurs Yuan Zhiming, director of the WIV on March 11.

     But denial is not refutation.

That same day, the World Health Organization finally  declares the ongoing global pandemic a global pandemic.

When did patient zero begin in US? How many people are infected? What are the names of the hospitals? It might be US army who brought the epidemic to Wuhan,” tweets China's Foreign Ministry spokesman, Lijian Zhao 赵立坚 on March 12.

On March 14CGTN presenter, Ms. V, on China View tells her Arabic audience: “In September 2019, some Japanese were infected with the new coronavirus after returning from Hawaii, though they had not visited China before.

“This happened two months before the beginning of the outbreak in China. Shortly after, the CDC shut down the facilities – after claiming that the Fort Detrick Biological Weapons Laboratory had failed to fully prevent the loss of pathogens. Now, all the data related to this lab has disappeared on the internet.

On March 25, athlete Elodie Clouvel recounts: “A lot of athletes at the World Military Games were very ill. We were recently in touch with a military doctor who told us: 'I think you had it because a lot of people from this delegation were ill’.”

Many competitors are ordered to shut up. But not before others recently returned from Wuhan spoke of receiving similar phone calls from the army. “We were told, there is no risk, you left on October 28, and the virus arrived on November 1, one soldier-athlete  related.

Other delegations, including the Swedish delegation, have returned to their home bases with strong fevers.

On March 27, 2020, American lawyer Larry Klayman files $20 trillion lawsuit against “China” for allegedly unleashing the coronavirus to take down the world – and themselves. As “evidence,” the lawsuit cites the New York Post.

“Our immune systems have never seen this particular strain of virus before, so we haven't developed immunity,” says MD Clayton Cowl at the Mayo Clinic on March 30. The following day, MD Randy Bergen – clinical lead in the Influenza Vaccine Program for Kaiser Permanente Northern California and a pediatric infectious disease consultant who responded to the 2009 H1N1 outbreak – declares, “We have never dealt with something of this magnitude. It’s unprecedented in the 75-year history of Kaiser Permanente.”

COVID-19’s stealthy 14-day infectious incubation period, extreme virulence, remarkable affinity for human blood cells, 3x higher lethality than flu  and ability to immediately re-infect “recovered” patients are troubling departures from all other coronaviruses encountered over the past century.

On April 15, White Coat Waste, an organization opposing animal experimentation, files a Freedom of Information Act request with the U.S. National Institutes of Health requesting all correspondence between the Wuhan Institute of Virology and the State Dept., relates Jim Geraghty in a National Review exclusive.

Four days later, the alerted Deputy Director for “Extramural Research” messages EcoHealth to say the NIH is displeased to hear “allegations that the current crisis was precipitated by the release from Wuhan Institute of Virology of the coronavirus responsible for COVID-19.”

Citing, “pending investigations,” the institutes informs White Coat Waste that “Exemption 7(A) permits the withholding of investigatory records compiled for law enforcement purposes.

On April 23,  renowned Russian microbiologist Dr. Peter Chumakov of the Engelhardt Institute of Molecular Biology and Russian Academy of Sciences, says the novel coronavirus responsible for the COVID-19 pandemic is the result of Wuhan scientists doing “absolutely crazy things” in their USA-funded laboratory – including several inserts, that is, substitutions of the natural sequence of the genome, which gave it special properties” to infect human cells.

On April 24the NIH abruptly cancels all Gain-Of-Function research projects.

A U.S. government analysis, deliberately “leaked” on April 29, fingers the Wuhan Institute of Virology or a Chinese CDC lab in that same city of some 20 million residents and migrant workers is the "most likely" source of the COVID-19 pandemic. But they admit, there is no smoking test tube to back their incendiary claims.
